Lalbagh Brach is without doubt the WORST customer service i have ever experienced. Most ridiculous bunch of jokers sittinig and wasting everyones time. First, i applied for Tatkaal and for that i had to apply for appointment online, whcih i did not get for continous trial for a week. After that i went starightaway to ofc in marathalli where i was told to go to Koramangla branch to get appointment. As i went there, there was no provison to know the documents and details required at one place. Jokers sitting out their lik V. Sekar asked to go get more affdavits for which we need to know the Top notch govt officials who would only do it for you if they know you. Even that information was not provided by Sekar (ridiculous). I was asked to figure out who to contact. After getting that Sekar refused to give me appt as it did not fit in his agenda of how i could get in a day. Third class behaviour. so had to come next day. Next day, even when Marathalli ofc was closer to me, i was sent to the God Forsaken Lalbagh third rated office where u r just a number with who the entire office plays around like ping pong.
Once reaching lalbagh office, the ordeal started. Getting in till "A" and clearing was easy. the rep was friendly but forgot to scan edu docs for which i had to suffer the consequences later. SOMEONE tell the fools in "C" that we dont know what is to be updated by YOUR deppartment. So either how to learn to upload docs or just accept it as it is. DOnt behave like like one Mrs. Beghum, who kept talking on her cell phone whr it was mentioned that using phone is strictly prohibited. Huh !!! ridiculous and absurd. So from "A" to go to "B", i had to wait for more than 2:30 hrs. and when reached B, the guy approved to send me to C. In C some incompetent Mrs. Begum sent me back to A as the education docs werent updated by her office collegue. As soon as you go to A, you have to go back to B and then C. Some idiotic process steps they have. Its crazy. After B again, had to wait again for 30 minutes as their system did not pick up the number due to system fault. Similar thing happened while moving from A to B. thier Random numbering program is as dumb as the office folks. During this entire ordeal of more than 6 hrs, none of the sound artists who keep calling all numbers helped. infact they kept laughing at our questions of asking how much time it will take. It was such a thrid class experience that i was the last guy out at 7:15 from that office. This started because of V. Sekar ego which got hurt by me getting approvals faster than he could think and then with the Lalbagh third class processes and management. In all this while, there was no tea/ coffee or anything to eat for the waiting people. Whats the point of paying so much when no one can help?
How can they take us for granted? Our pay pays their bread and butter. not the other way round. They should realise that.
How can they expect us to spend entire day as we dont have office or other important things to cater to.
This is the WORST possible experience of my life and it was a true test of any humans patience level.
Most absurd, ridiculous, third rated & third class people like V. Sekar, and Mrs. Begum destroy consumers trust and belief in govt systems.
These guys should be sacked and others should be given a lesson to work effectively and efficiently.
