[Resolved]  Patel Realty -Builder ,Smondoville — Incorrect interest charge without notice

I agree. Patel Realty is bullying customers on interest payment. Latest is that they have started to send statement which is charging interest on pending interest which no other builder does. It is a big mental harrassment. Buyers should come together and talk to the management about such practices.

I have also gone through the same Harassment regarding the late payment charges also they have promised us that they will provide the wooden flooring in master bed room & bathroom styling as per our choice amongst two options shown to us @ the time of visit to their site visit .
However I had the communication records with me and they agreed to waive off the charges, but still not agreeing to give us the wooden flooring & bathroom styling ... we all must raise voice as we have putup our harden money on this project ...

Its all the same its better we make payment in time Sobha also charges same interest similiarly prestige its just if we are careful we will not be facing interest charges

Yes, patel realty charges high penalty for even a week delay in payment.its been 3 years since i booked the flat, they are yet to complete the construction. Quality of construction and safety features are pathetic. Children play area in above parking area, without proper fencing.
Water seepage is a common a problem in their construction. Very poor customer relationship managers.

I have also bought a flat in S07 tower and there have been issues relating to delivery of the apartment on schedule. But their team has been in constant touch with me during the whole time. I am from out of town and dont know about Bangalore builders very much and cant comment on other people. There were some small errors in my apartment that they have fixed in my 2nd inspection and now me and my wife are satisfied with the flat and go ahead with shifting aftre our registration gets over. I feel if you talk to them nicely your complaints will also get sorted out instead of writing bad things about your own apartment.
