Patni computer services — Not getting any discount in SMS

Hi,

I had activated the corporate plan ALC IC-1 199 Plan -MB effective from 22nd Aug 2009 (Not sure abot the date plz confirm at your end),
At the time of activation your customer representative told me the below benifits of the Plan,

199 local minutes free
199 local SMS free

But if you go through my all Bill details,You found that Airtel charge me for my every SMS, not given me any type of discount in SMS.

My mobile numbers are as below:(I had applied for 2 SIMs on 22nd Aug 09)

So i request you to look into this matter and do the needfull asap
