dear sir i have done so many mail on pawan han site because i have book one ticket of helicopter to katra to sangichat of date 6 dec 2011 time 15;50name jagdish kumar gupta after the payment of my ticket i have not get my ticket my user id is abhi99999 from site i have www.mavaishnodevi.net
so please refund my money or send me a ticket on my mail id thank

I had booked 2 tickets (PNR- PH[protected] for to and fro journey to Kedarnath from Phata for 14-June-13. The flight got cancelled due to local protests by portars. I was informed by the authorities that the money will be transferred back to my account.
It has been a couple of weeks and I have still not received the amount. I have written mail to '[protected]@pawanhans.co.in', 'Sanjay.[protected]@pawanhans.co.in', 'dgm.[protected]@pawanhans.co.in' and 'pawanhans.[protected]@gmail.com' but not receaved any response till date.

शिकायत यही है की हमने 8 जून को पवन हंस कम्पनी से हेलीकॉप्टर की 2 टिकट बुक कराई थी फाटा से केदारनाथ की। कम्पनी ने एक दिन पहले जानकारी दी की कुछ टेक्निकल कारण से आपको हेलीकॉप्टर की सर्विस नहीं मिलेगी। जिससे हमे बहुत परेशानी हुयी। आज 2 महीने से जायदा हो गए कंपनी हमारे पैसे भी रिफंड नहीं कर रही और कोई जवाब भी नहीं दे रही।

pawan hans wale log na hi web site pe booking lete hai nahi phone pe phone ka jawab tak nahi milta...gov company hai staff fogat kha raha hai public ka kha ke public ko pareshan karna in ka (gov servents) dharm ho gaya hai.....
