Sir,
I submit that I am working for Pearls from last two three years. During Jan my leg was injured and I was not even to get up from the bed . Karamchand ( Now D.O ) Kangarh Bareta took collection money Rupee 20000 ( twenty thousand rupee ) from me to deposite at CSC Mansa . He has not deposited this money with the company, but he used this amount for his own purpose . I have reported this matter to my seniors Mr Jugraj Singh Daska and Naib Singh Khudal who are seniors to all in bareta area. They have not taken any action so far. They either not interested to settle this matter or they are favouring Karamchand. It seems that they are delaying this matter from last eight – nine months. They are delaying this matter under one or another pretext. You are therefore requested to take proper action to recover the money from Karamchand. Alternatively necessary recovery made from his vouchers and return to me.

Now customers are coming and quarreling with me . They are losing their faith from me and company. They also threaten to bring this matter to the notice of police and media ( news editors ) . In order to safe guard the interest of Pearls company Karamchand should be terminated. He has also taken money from other workers and used for his own purpose. He has bring bad name to the company . Why Karamchand should not thrown out to safe guard the interest of company. He is spoiling the atmosphere among the customers . Our Two seniors Knew everything about this matter but I think that they support him . They stoped me for reporting this matter to you & they promised me that they will do some thing but they did nothing . They took eight-nine months to sattle this matter but they failed.
