I am a sick pensioner aged 74 living on a meager pension. I have a 46 year old disabled son totally dependent on me. Kindly read the following.
I invested Rs 6000/= on[protected] with M/S pennar patterson securities ltd with maturity value of Rs 7508 payable on 18-04-99.FDR no HYD[protected] B200276, MADRAS BRANCH. Name s.sukanya and V.sundararajan.Although the company in their letter PPL/99/15167 dated 22/03/1999 informed me that 50% would be paid on 17/1/2000 and balance on 17/10/2000, no payment was made.
The official liquidator, Andhra Pradesh, in his letter L/AP/CP/NO 131/99/1933 dated 7/12/2000 asked me to prefer a separate claim as the company is being wound up, to be dealt with later as and when the claims are called for. Accordingly I sent a claim to the official liquidator in plain paper. No information is available whether claims have been called for or not. Although I have been sending periodically letters to the official liquidator, I am not getting any replies.
I shall be thankful if you could guide me as to how to get my present address indicated above, incorporated in the records of official liquidator, and to know the present stage of the case .

I deposit 60, 000 rs in 1997. its maturity date in 1999/1/6. but i did not get that f.d. amount. i have no any contact ph.no.about that company. i go to that office address many times. but there no response .now i am a retired small employee.please help me to get f.d.amt.
My and my brothers invested 2lakhs and above amount as fixed deposit, we have not received any amount from pembaruan Paterson securities limited we are very trouble facing financially so I kindly request solve the problem and refund the amount at an early date
