I totally agree with you sir.PBOR has been a loggerhead for his entire service and after retirement also they are treated same.If you visit PCDA navy website, it has not been updated since sep 2007.Question is who is going to blow the whistle.

THE CORR PPO OF MAL SINGH KATHAT CPO WTR PPO NO 09/097/01105/2009 DATED 29 JUN 09 WAS FORWARDED TO YOUR OFFICE BY SBI BEAWAR AND EVEN AFTER THE PENSIONER MEETING YOUR STAFF AND BEING PROMISED THAT PENSION WILL BE CREDITED WITHIN ONE WEEK, IT HAS NOT HAPPENED SINCE AUG 2009.2. Dear Sir, this is with refrence to my letters 242/RP dated 04 Jun, 07 Sep, 06 Nov & Dec 09. I am presently not re-employed since 15 Jun 09 and the DA on pension which was discontinued, has not been restored till date. My PPO No. 09/97/A/S/000151/2003 and Bank A/C is[protected]. I am drawing pension at SBI Naval Base branch, Visakhapatnam. In addition, the 60% areaers of VI Pay commision are still not released. I AM AN EX-NAVY RETIRED FROM NAVY ON 31/01/2009. MY REVERSED PPO IS AWATED IN CDA FROM LAST 19/02/2009. CABS TELLING THAT THEY ARE SENDING REMINDER.

There should be immediate implementation of on line pay details for accessing details by all PBORs.

Many of my batchmates, seniors and juniors got the one rank one pension arrears in jun 2010and also their pension changed ti 5700 +. I am retired Indian Navy sailor retired on 31.12.94 as CHME while retiring I was in group B in the pay structure but now recently in the one rank one pension implementation my pension structure changed to group C.I dont know how to check out this.
I, P UDAY BHANU BHASKAR, POME (Ex) retired in the year 1995 June, have been drawing pension regularly from Syndicate Bank, Perumanoor Brach, Kochi and my present pension drawn is Rs.5, 581/-. I would like to bring to your kind notice the following discrepancies in the Pension Certificate Copy.:
1. Though POME - in my bank pension record it is given as PO
2. Though I should be in Group B - in the column 10 it is shown as group 3
3. Though I have served for 21 years( dt. of joining 7th Oct. 1974) in the P CC it
has been shown as 19 years(total service) in the Bank Record
This is to bring to your kind notice that I have completed 15 years after retirement
w.e.f. 30.06.2010. Therefore, I request you look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest so that I don't lose any benefit extended to me by the Central Government.

I am an Ex Chief Artificer pensioned on 31/8/95.after puting up 19.5 years of service.I am drawing my monthly pension through Canara Bank branch at Nemmara(Code 810), in palakkad, Kerala.My pension is not revised and paid as per Circular 430 table 69.When contacted the branch manager she said the bank being core bank all the pension are adjusted at HO Level at HO, Bangaluru.I then send an E Mail to redress my greivence to the HO, Canara Bank on 3/6/10.Where as the credit 0n 30/7/10 continue to be in the old scale.Please help me in getting my correct pension being pension is the only earning I got and I am Phisically and medically otherwise unfit to do any job .

I, Rajendra Singh discharged from Navy on completion of 15 years Service as Sailor ( POELR ) Vide LRDO 07/2001 ( Part-3) SL.no.069 and P.P.O no. 09/97/B/S/01656/2001 dated 21/06/2001.I was drawing my Pension through SBI, Agriculture devlopment branch Jhinjhak, Dist- Kanpur-Dehat ( U. P ) Bank code-6589, I, was getting my Service pension up to July 2008 on regular basis but from Aug. 2008 my service is not being credited in pension A/C. when I knew that my pension has been stoped, than I, written application to my pension bank brach Manager. After one month later I asked branch manager for not getting pension. he told me that your P.P.O File was dispatched to SBI Pension cell branch Allahabad. where your P.P.O File has lost/ missplaced and he has also given assurance that i will get duplicate P.P.O from CDA ( Navy ) Mumbai. there after 04 in nos. written application submitted to Bank but till to date, I have not found any solution. two in no. Letter also submitted to CDA ( Navy ) and CABS ( Staff Officer Pension )respectively but no dept has given any reply or response. now i, request with your Forum, kindly resolve my Pension issue as eirlier as possible. my Bank and Pension Particulars are appended below.

My date of joining into navy 19th April 1967.
I was promoted as a petty officer in the month of February 1981.
Date of report to release centre at INS Angre on 1st December 1981.
My date of discharge from navy on completion of 15 years at the rank of Petty officer was 30th April 1982.
I have completed minimum required service of 9 months after promotion towards eligible criteria as Petty officer. My pension book with sanction of Leading Seaman was handed over to me in release centre itself.. Certain confirmation for P O pension eligibility has already been taken from concerned department during the period at release centre. Apart from this during 1984 my record office had also confirmed that the P O pension was recommended and forwarded to CDA for further action at their end. With this confirmation I was under impression that P O pension had already been implemented during year 1984 and kept silent till recent time.
Where as my present pension disbursement authority i.e. SBI Naval base branch whose head office for pension accounts located at Hyderabad had confirmed me that Leading seaman pension only being paid to me but of P O. It clearly indicates that since beginning i.e. from the time of discharge P O pension was not sanctioned hence not paid to me till date.
There fore you are requested to verify the case and do the justice at the earliest to enable me to overcome from my financial crises and great loss. Iam already over 60 years of age and completely dependable on my pension only. Kindly send all my arrears if possible with bank interest by way of cheque in favor of Y JOHN BABU A/c payee payable at Visakhapatnam to the fallowing address.
