[Resolved]  Penta Cars — deficiency in service

I had bought an used car worth rs.1.8 lakhs from the above mentioned firm.I was told to pay rs.30, 000 as advance and take delivery of the vehicle and finance will be arranged for the remaining amount.Accordingly I paid rs.30000 and took the vehicle.But the firm did not make any efforts to arrange for finance.Ihad to make my own efforts to arrange for a loan.In spite of my best efforts I could not get a loan.So I told them that I will return the vehicle and they should return the amount paid by me.They have taken the vehicle back but not returned my money.
