i have taken personal loan from your bank,my loan account no:LPHYD[protected].I HAD PAID MY SEP'2008 EMI to your collection agent on 24-09-08 for amount of 15082 in cash.he has issued me your bank's genuine receipt with ICICI bank logo ,and receipt no printed on that is:T 0708 L 1401 only,remaing portion of receipt he has cut it off.As i was in hurry to attend my duty ,i had not checked throughly the receipt no. at that time.
regarding this issue many a times i have visited your branch at saifabad with original receipt and given complaint ,and i have submitted photo copy of receipt. Also i have given photo copy to yuor collection agents later when they came to collect the later installments.But nobody is solving my problem ,and i am getting messages from you, showing that SEP-08 EMI is due.
so please resolve my issue at the erliest.ALSO I REQUEST YOU TO SEND LATEST UPDATED STATEMENT OF MY LOAN
