[Resolved] Perutek Services Limited — Non receipt of investment amount

I alongwith my wife invested Rs. 6000- (Rs. 3000- each) with Peruteck Services Limited,Delhi on[protected] for 15 years and the company had issued certificate Nos 41937 and 41938. Post dated cheques of the interest were dishonoured. Since long time whereabout of the company is not known. Hope some positive reply from your side.

Did anyone get back the deposited amount from that company ?

I had also invested in this company, but it suddenly disappeared and its cheques of course were all bogus.

Today, as I happened to research the company I discovered that a few people had approached the consumer court and did receive compensation in 2008.

I wonder if we can still file a case as all the documents are there with me.

I was informed by my friend that Company office has been closed, and they disappeared, then even if we filed in Consumer Court, where would the notice be sent (when there is no active office address of that company) ? Any advise please.
