STATUS for Member ID: MHBAN[protected]
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have submitted the Claim Form 19 & Claim Form 10C during January, 2011 towards withdrawal of PF & pension amount. Till date (even after receiving acknowledgement) I have not received the PF settlement amount. The reference Claim ID's are provided below.:
Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]
Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (MHBAN[protected].
Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]
Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (MHBAN[protected] .
Kindly confirm the status on urgent basis as when i will get my PF settlement since I am burdened with huge committment.
I sincerely request your response in this regard since i am unable to reach you.

I have applied for my EPF & Gratuity claim on May 2009. As of today in EPF site nothing is reflecting related to my PF
application. My Emp Code is 47732 amd PF no 7046. Since have some personal problems, i am desperately waiting for my total claim.
Kindly requesting you to look into the issue & revert on same ASAP...
