PF Claim — Not able to get PF Claim

Hi,

I have resigned my job from changepond and joined and now i have been working in cognizant on Jan 2011. i sent request for tranfer my
changepond pf amount to current company(cognizant) pf amount on 05/05/2011.
when i am searching online it tells "Your claim is not received by this office"


can anybody tell when can i get my PF claim and what can i do for getting this claim earlier?
