[Resolved]  Pf Office Bandra — PURPOSELY DELAY TO SETTLE PF CLAIM

hi i am pramod n kharate my pf no. is MH/46747/34869 my company Reliance bpo pvt ltd has send my pf withdrawal form to bandra pf office on dated 25th Oct 2010. I visited many times to this office but all the staff member has not given be the satisfied answer they just have given me the stupid answer that they will take one month to get you your pf everytime the same answer they have given to me. I requested them please do it as early as possible because i have some emergency work i want money but they not reponding to my requested now it's the height they has crossed.They senior officers also take their empolyees side and also they has given the same answer.No one is ready to take action against them they have threaten me that no one can do anything wrong against them you will do whatever you want to do? I am a gentleman citizen of India I believe in law each and every person has the right given by our law but you can see that it not only my problem but many people facing the same problem they only do the work for agents or those ready to pay something to them. This kind of people are working there.No one taking action against them. I asked many time that something is problem with my documentation please tell me I will correct.I humbley request you please take action them. And teach them law that they are public servent,they take salary for their work.
It is my last hope that you will take this problem seriouly and everybody will get their own pf on time there must be some time period.once again request you to considered this issue is serious issue. I am waiting for your responce and I am sure you will take actio.
