A strict action should be taken . I have been following since last 2 years for my PF
PF refund — Non receipt of PF
My PF A/c no is MH/41221/1085. My Ex.Co: Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd informed me that they have submitted all docs related to my PF on 08.04.2011 at RPF office, Vashi.Still I have not recd it ?? Pls help to get refund.-- Rgds

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I Ms. Chaitali Divakar Parkar holder of PF account KN/BN/34272/63710 . I was on Addeco’s payroll , my last month with Addeco was March’2010 but I regret to inform you that I have not yet to receive my PF . Almost every month since last two years I am following with Bangalore office of Addeco with Mr. Kannan and Ms. Shanti but it is in vain.
Also I have tried several number of times to reach Bangalore PF office but there is no revert from the office . Mr. Kannan has also done several follow up with Bangalore PF office .I already have forwarded authentication letter along with cancelled cheque.
Please see to it that my claim receives your immediate attention . Otherwise my only resource will be to have my lawyer institute proceedings against you.
