I have also tried to do business with the party Aashis Sheth of Phoenix Couriers who is involved in illegal or questionable practices and also dealing in cash hence it is inadvisable for doing business.
If anyone would like to see actual photos of the damage caused and emails to/from this courier, please post here and we will be happy to share. He has never responded to multiple emails with photos. What else can we do.
I had a similar experience with Phoenix courier.
I sent a consignment of eatables, medicinal cream & dental cream & soaps to my son Aditya Donde who is studying in Versailles in France.
My son received the consignment in completely mutilated condition. The eatable packs were slit open & the contents were crushed. The dental cream, medicinal cream & soaps were missing...
The consignment was packed by Ashish Seth's men in their office on January 28th. He is asking me to provide photograph of the consignment & send it by mail. However he does not provide any e mail id.

We sent a Parcel of Diwali Sweets to our son in USA. Ashish from Phoenix courier promised us to deliver the same in 3 days. And charged accordingly for express service. When it didn't reach in time, we called Ashish number of times. He didn't give us d information about tracking and promised to call back, which he never did. When we called him and protested again he was very rude and started yelling on phone. He kept saying that his office was closed. But we had Conveyed the receipt no. and other details he asked for. Some of d eatables were spoiled due to delay. He must refund the amount and compensate for the spoiled food items.
Ek Number Ke Choor. These people are horrible to work with. I have not received a refund in over a year. They will lose your package, get the refund from the shipping carrier and then never pay you your money back. Please stay away from this company. The owner is Ashish Seth, and he really is more like an ### Seth.

In one of the comments above, someone had addressed him as a "choor". I completely disagree just because... Choor are atlast humans... This creature, is neither human and calling him anything else can be a insult of that particular species catogory
All I can say to all is, just don't even think of dealing with him & his Phoenix. he deserves to be in a [censored]pot. Sorry... I have insulted ###...

ON JAN 24, WE ENTRUSTED 225 KGS OF GOODS TO ASHIS SHETH OF PHOENIX COURIER (MOBILE: [protected]) AT OUR RESIDENCE IN MUMBAI. WHEN HE TOOK POSSESSION OF THE GOODS THEY WERE IN GOOD CONDITION AND YOU HAD PROMISED REPEATEDLY TO TAKE PROPER CARE AND LIVE UP TO THE REFERENCES WE HAD GOT. HE HAD ALSO PROMISED TO PROPERLY PACK ALL GOODS AND SECURE THEM USING NEW PROFESSIONAL PACKING MATERIALS. WE HAD ENGAGED ASHIS SHETH OF PHOENIX COURIER FOR PACKING AND SHIPPING OUR GOODS VIA SURFACE AIR LIFT FROM DOOR TO DOOR. FOR THIS YOU HAD AGREED TO A PAYMENT OF RS. 54, 000.00. YOU HAD TRIED TO DEMAND THIS PAYMENT IN CASH BUT WE HAD EXPRESSED OUR INABILITY TO DO SO AND WE WROTE YOU A CHECK FOR RS. 50, 000.00 PLUS RS. 4, 000.00 IN CASH.ALL OUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN MISHANDLED AND HEAVILY DAMAGED AND WERE POORLY PACKED OR NOT PACKED BEFORE SHIPPING. ASHIS SHETH OF PHOENIX COURIER HAS TAKEN OUR MONEY AND RUN AND NOT RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS. EVEN A RELIGIOUS IDOL OF GANESH WAS DESTROYED/BROKEN BY ASHIS SHETH OF PHOENIX COURIER.. WE WERE SHOCKED AND DISMAYED AT WHAT WE SAW WHEN THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED.
