[Resolved] Phyzer Technologies — email marketing fraud | |
Phyzer Technologies does a fraud email marketing. I have taken thier software which is not sending mails and no one from thier team is ready to help. They would put the blaim on us. On asking refund they dont listen and no one from there calls back. They tell lies and series of lies regading thier owner and it is very hard to reach mt Piyush which thier receptionists claim is the owner. Even i am also using the services from Phyzer Technologies for the last 1year and i didn't faced any problems from them.
Yes, if i face the issues they immediately resolved the issues. Its a Technical Line. and we must understand the complexity of the industry.

Perky you may be the lucky one...they have not resolved my issue in a period of 1 month and when I asked them not put to put my post dated cheque without resolution, they put it and taken my money without resolving the issue. Now my account has also expired and they happily ate my money...its is SHAME..they dont respond...
I have purchased a EMAILING SOFTWARE which is not at all working and no one from their team is ready to help. after contentious reminder they are not agree to give me another software / refund money / repair existing software. i don't feel that there is any customer support system or service provider. i felt lots of problem with this agency and i recommend to all please do not purchase any software and services form this agency.
