Ms. Ghazala is trying to misguide people by making false allegations only because she did not get the refund as the fees was non-refundable as per the rules mentioned in the School Prospectus.
1. How can a parent go by the word of a child, who she knows was not at all interested in joining the boarding school and who had been in the school for only a few hours. The child supposedly complained to her after being told by his room mates that (as mentioned by her) those facilities were not being provided by the school. This is also to inform her that the room mates have been studying in this institution for the last couple of years without any problem. Instead, if her son would have joined the camping and put an effort to be friendly with the other students it may have helped him to settle down.
2. The fact is that the child was a thoroughly pampered child, who was not happy to be admitted in a boarding school, as he was being weaned away from his friends whom Ms. Ghazala did not approve of. The very same room mates spoke to her in the Principal’s office about her son’s arrogance and how he flaunted the Rs.2, 500/- and also how he tried to look down on other students who did not approve of his ways.
3. Ms. Ghazala after re-admitting her son in Mumbai, approached the school after a couple of months for a refund, which she was aware of, was non-refundable. It was her sole decision to put her child in a boarding school much against the wishes of the child and the grand parents. THUS THE SCHOOL IS BEING MADE A SCAPEGOAT.
4. The school has been running successfully since 1986 providing excellent facilities and results. Money matters do sour relations.

Subject: Mr. Tanna must go through the School Prospectus before going to the net.
Both Mr. & Mrs. Tanna shifted to Australia at the end of 2008. As the Tanna family was not sure whether they would get the work permit or not, the school was not informed about the withdrawal of their children. It is only on 24th June, 2009, the school received a fax asking for their School Leaving Certificates. The New Academic year[protected] began on 5th May, 2009. (The school does not have Summer Break, instead there is a Monsoon Break).
Since the school had already run for approx 2 months with the children’s name on the roll, the school asked for the Term Fees.
The Management does not see how a school can black-mail Mr. Tanna! Instead Mr. Tanna used unruly and abusive language while talking to the office staff, whenever they tried to explain to him, calling them cheats, etc.
If parents read and follow the rules, things can be easy for them as well as for the institution.
On the contrary, it was the father of Mr. Tanna, who came to the school and when things were explained to him, he realized the mistake of Mr. Tanna had made and apologized for the same.

Attention all parents - You should boycott Pinewoods Intl School Panchangi if you want your kids to be studying in a safe and secured environment.
This school, the principal and the teachers do not provide a safe and secured environment for the kids whom you entrust your kids to.
This is a commercial school with the primary objective of making $$$$$.
All the facts and negative matters about the school are hidden from the parents & kids.
The principal's own children are studying in the school and are very ill-mannered and treating it as their own kingdom. Total partiality is demonstrated openly.
There is no sense of alumni and loyalty among the principal, teachers and students after the kids leave the school.
There is no sense of belonging.
The school has been haunted since the suicide committed by the students which has never been made public due to the school's strong connection with influential political and official figures.
Take your children out from this school immediately before you regret throwing them in a dark hole.
Tremendous and very disgusting ragging happens in this school with no action taken by the school, the principal and teachers. They turn a blind eye to it.
A selfish school putting their own interest first before a child's interests.
There have been sexual and physical abuses by teachers and senior students in the school.
Students do drugs secretly.
The list is endless... pls act now before you regret...

even i have bear the brunt, i left my child (son) in pineswood school and he ran away from there the next day, from their custordy, risking his life, he didnt even stay there for 12 hrs, as the other students told him that the facilites which were shown in the prospectus, were not given its a sheer, misrepenstation of fact, plus now theyare demanding form me second semester fees! or else they will drag me to court!I think all parents who are aggreived by this school should stand together, as the mental trauma of seeking again the admission here in mumbai was no less! and the time, money and energy whihc was wasted!
