plastic surgeon — unusual delay in repairing of my new ritz car

i purchased a maruti ritz vdi car from jyote motors bhubaneswar but it met an accident on 10 th nov 2009 on 11 th i gave car for repair in jyote motors bhubaneswar orissa since then car is lying with them till today.when i am asking them why u r not doing repairing work i am getting response that parts not available in factory.if that is the case then they should have informed me at time of sell.i request all the citizens of orissa please dont purchase the vehicle from jyote motors bhubaneswar otherwise u will suffer like me.
