[Resolved]  Platinum Distribution Pvt Ltd — Not returning unbilled money as well as stock which send by them is also stuck in my godown

As i am onwer of this company and started this company from 1st july 2010 and my first business was started with PLATINUM DISTRIBUTION PVT.LTD. with amount of 5 lac's(Five lac's) against that they billed me amount 2.78(two lac's seventy eight thousand) and my rest of my amount was unbilled which is around 2.22(two lac's twenty tow thousand )which are still in company account and as you know that today is 27 may 2011 and till now i am not abel to get my money as well as my stock is cleared from my godawn and every day they ony commit me but there commitment were always failed .Please please help me out from this problem as soon as possible because it's already 11 months
