We got a call from their another branch asking us to get registered again. Pathetic company this is. We asked them to come over our office for collecting the cheque. We warned them that if they dont give us candidates we will file a police complaint against them. We had to speak very rudely with them because they were again trying to cheat us.

I got Plus placement number from justdial dey r registered from various branches der owner name is SYED as I heard from der staff dey r cheaters dey promise to give staff n take money for 6 month registration after dat 2 3 days v should cal den dey r vanished never give u staff nor return ur money Dey fooled me for six months so today on 24 September what I did is called just dial complain number [protected] d person put me on conference call with plus placement person name SAMAYA [protected] n took my complaint den sONI one of der employee d biggest cheat called started using bad words to my manager dat dey have not taken any money then v showed d invoice what dey provided now dey r agreed to give my money back I'll let u guys know if I get my money back

I too have received lot of mental stress & frustrations because of Plus Placement.This is a SCAM or FRAUD placement service.I still wonder how a reputed marathi news paper advertised about this Fraud placement.
I had registered at Plus placement Thane in duration[protected].In that period they fooled me 6-7 times.. . I did not get any single interview call between August 2013-December 2013. Every time I would go to their office.They would take out YELLOW PAGES.Give me name & number of random company. Then I would go home.Call that number they would reply any of the following :
1.We don`t know what Plus Placement is.
2.We don`t want Freshers
3.We do not give interview calls directly.
Not to mention they NEVER CALLED me until I didn't visit their office EVERY WEEK.
In Dec-14 one women at PP grabbed card from my hand.She wrote name of ABC Company in the list of Interview calls, put her signature there, told me to go home & to wait for her sms.After calling her 2-3 times she finally sent an sms in which she had mentioned address of the company & contact number.When I called that number they said we don't need any candidates & we don't know this placement service.
This time I realized that their intention is ONLY TO COLLECT registraion fees (500) from as many people as possible.They were neither interested in giving any job nor in their 25% commission from 1st salary.So I decided to file FIR against these fraudulent women.I went to a nearby Police station but they said that this placement service is in Thane (W) so you need to go to Naupada Police station.Then I called branch manager (woman) of thane branch of PP.I threatened her of police complaint.She then arranged an Interview for me at XYZ company. I appeared for their aptitude test & nothing after that.
I suspect this was too a fake interview call.They did not really need any candidate for their company.But since she took this much efforts for me I decided not to get into this matter anymore.
On multiple occasions I have lost my temper.Screamed at them.But since all of them were Women I couldn't do much about it.Even today also whenever I remember the name of their placement services my blood begins to boil.Even today in October 2015 their placement is still up & running? Surprising ! But the only reason they are still alive is nobody dares to file FIR against them.Most o[censored]s think it's the matter of only 500, not a big deal? But they have fooled around 10 lacs people (including its all 4 branches) so how much it comes out to be? 1000000x500=50 crores.
Today I saw this post regarding PP & I read that one guy is ready to file an FIR against these cheaters.If you want my support then I promise you all that I (and probably 3 others) will come & give Detailed statement to Police.I would definitely like to read in news that PP owner & employees (current as well as ex) were nabbed by police.But few things should be considered here:
1. If my experience with PP is 2 years old will it be considered for FIR?
2. They had actually arranged an Interview which I did attend.Can I still sue them?
3. If FIR to be registered it is better if a girl does it.Because generally nobody doubts a girl.Or someone who has a police/politician in his relations.
4.What about those 3 Star 4 Star & 5 Star reviews at JustDial? If Police considers their opinion too then no action will be taken agaist PP.Because many people have said "Satisfied with their services."
5. What about the recession of Engineers? The reality is only 40% of Engineers passing every year get a job ! So if no jobs are available in market then how much can you blame the placement services?
6. We will have to go in large number (min 20) in order to add weightage to our case.

saale cheap or bhikari se bhi ghatiya log hai job nai dete 500rs le liye hai . enaki maa ki bolate hai 2 din baad call karo . 2 din baad call karane ke baad bolate hai 1 week baad call karo . mather... s==le. bahot bekar hai or froud mai no.1 hai.
Worst service ever by any placement agency. They simply loot people saying u can gor for interview in next 2 days etc etc, Also we have placed candidates above 12 lacs CTC., etc. But not a single call has come from last 25 days. When called for enquiry, they talk rudely and ask to call between 5 to 7. But at this time, no one pics, if at anyone answers the call, they all do Airtalk. very soon s strict legal action has to be taken against this fraudulent agency.
I am a client who hired them to give me candidates. Very smartly they took 1 full year fees with condition of 'No Refund'. They are a BIG BIG Fraud company. Highly Unprofessional, Unorganized. Am stuck with them as my hard earned money has gone to them and now I keep on calling them and following -up with them, with no response from their side and then their staff has guts to say that "Mam pls done be impatient, we are working". Again they will vanish, again I will call them back, sometimes very smartly they dont answer calls, or will say that the person looking after my account is on leave. Even after leaving messages no one calls back from their office.Their staff is RUDE.

The procedure is you have to show a written proof that you have submitted a complain and it is not taken care of. It can be via a email or by a letter posted. You have to show them that they hav not responded to your letter or worked against it even after giving them written notice. Then the company have to pay you whatever the penalties are.

They will say about 18 years of industry experience and huge date base. But I must tell you, there is nothing going to happen. You might feel it's just a matter of Rs. 6000/- for an year as service charge, but from my experience, I must tell you that, you won't get get benefited out of it. They don't have professionalism at all.
