PMT Bus — Extra money taken for less ticket

Today i was travelling by bus after my office for the first time. But i was smart enough to ask how much would it charge from Vimanagar to Pune Station to one of my freind. She told me it was Rs. 6. Since i didnot carry change i took hundred rupees from my wallet a gave to the conductor, to which he said, " Give me Rs.6 change"(quite in a rude voice). I searched although i could not stand properly in the bus, later after 5 minutes i got a seat to sit, and i am still waiting with the money for taking the ticket. After some 10 minutes when the bus reached almost at Bund Garden, the conductor came to me i gave him the six rupees that i was holding in my hand and asked him to give a ticket for Station. He immediatly gave a ticket of Rs.5/-. Amuzed i asked, why a ticket of 5 rupees, he said the bus has come till here so i am taking only 5 rupees. Then i told him" if so please return my one rupee. he said "why, did you not board the bus from vimangar." I said ok then give me a ticket of 6 rupees, to which he aangryly staired at me and went ahead. I thought why to fight in the bus for one rupees. Later, i realized it might be just a rupee for me, however it might be of great importance for a normal or a average human. I would request you to take this not seriously. And if possible take actions against all those who follow this way.Request from a citizen of India.
