Hi This is Amar Giri. Pune bus services are very worst, its really worst, the behaviour of cuductor is very rude, I dont understand why they behave like rude as they have to carry them responsibilities towards passanger, They dont give back change most of the time, they dont respect woman as well as old age people. Goverment has to look after this issue as we are also citizen & we deserv the best service as we are paying all taxes. Very disgusting thing that we dont get respect from our Goverment people..

Today ( 3/09/2011) i was travelling from shaniwar wada to N.T.wadi by bas Bus no is MH12AQ2835, THE CONDUCTOR TOLD ME THAT IF YOU ARE NOT HAVING CHANGE THAN LEAVE THE BUS, IS THIS THE SERVICE PMT PROVIDING, THEY DONT HAVE ANY RIGHTS TO TALK LIKE THIS WITH PASSANGER. THE BUS IS NOT OWNED BY THEM .ALL THE CONDUCTOR ARE VERY RUDE.
Just shifted back to Pune from bangalore and i'm shocked at the difference in service and behaviour of drivers and conducters. Also, the buses are horrible and worth scrapping. No change at all to what i saw 5 years ago! Can we call our city a metro if this is our city's public transport?
PMT — Overtaking and bouncing stops
HiWe live in padmavathi for the past 35 years but had never seen pmt buses not stopping at bus stops
but now a days these drivers have created a bad attitude of not stopping at stops even if the bus are fully vacant
they just bounce the bus stops by overtaking other buses and letting the customer and the government suffer
this habit of theirs should be changed
the main culprit for their this attitude is the top management who neither look into this fact but are neither concerned about the country neither
the consumer nor their company for which they work.
Worst Top Management officials can be seen and only expected from this PMT

The bus conductors discourage to have valid fair, they just take the amount less than the exact fair, then give tickets of even lesser amount, and by this, collectively create a huge revenue loss to PMT.
