I was resigned from Polaris software Lab Ltd, Gurgaon on 30-Jun-2007.. I had submitted all my EPF documents to Gurgaon EPF office on 05-Mar-2008 for withdrawal of EPF amount and the same been acknowleged by EPF office Gurgaon. But still my EPF not credited to my account..
My PF A/c No:HR/GGN/26309/1371...
Kindly do the needful to settle this amount as earlier as possible..
