I am Nayana H. Rathod from surat. I have sent one courier (Rakhi) for Rakshabandhan to New Delhi From Surat through Poonam Courier Ser. on 14/8/2013 But Still Now has not been delivered to the final destination

I call the Representative in surat Branch 10-20 times to confirm the shipment details but they not give me satisfied answer. I have Gone through online tracking system It shows that "SHIPMENT SENT TO AHMEDABAD" I don't know
how can they do this kind of mistake this is totally mentally harassment. How many time I follow for my courier
From this incident I can Clearly understand that you are not able to fulfill the customer requirement.
If you are not able to delivery the things within time frame please don't pick up from the customer.
Now who is the Responsible for all this on Raksha Bandhan my Rakhi can not reach to my Brother I waste my time and money to call your representative

Poonam Courier Pvt Ltd — undelivery of important documents
I have sent one important document through Poonam Courier Pvt. Ltd. on 13/04/2010 from Surat To Mumbai. Receipt No.70777017. We contacted them to both location for status of my document on 17/04/2010. They are replying that it will be delivered by 2 hours. but it is still undelivered as on 20/04/2010. Still They are giving unsatisfactory answer. Due To undelivery of my important document on Time, we missed a big deal. it also affects our company reputation. Please do the needful for that.
