[Resolved]  Poonam's Furniture House — Non-Deleviry of furniture

I had bought a dinning table from Poonam's Furniture House on 15th Nov 2008 with advance payment of RS.2000 (rest to be paid on delivery). The reason I bought the dining table was because my parents were visiting my home and my father cannot sit on the floor to eat (he has knee & back problems). Today its 19th of Dec 2008 and still I have not received the dining table even after repeated visit and numerous phone calls. They always say that it will be delivered in next 2-3 days. Its been a week and it brings tears to my eyes to see that my father has to stand with the plate in his hand and eat. I want justice and severe punishment for this furniture house. It’s a matter of my fathers suffering now, and I want to take these guys to hell. Please help me.
