Hello everyone,
I bought old car from Popular Car Bazar, Andheri in the month of Sep11. At the time of purchase I was assured that they will replace one side light within 2 days and i will get RC book transferred in 20 days. I was given only photocopy of insurance and rc book.
It took almost 1 and half month for them to hand over me RC book that also after calling 10-15 times. After 2 months I have not received insurance papers. I have called many times but everytime they say call in the afternoon or evening. Now they have stopped picking up my calls.
I am fed up with after sales service of Popular and planning to lodge a complaint against them Was this information helpful? |
