[Resolved]  postpaid [protected] — postpaid to prepaid

dear sir my self sukhbir singh i m using the vodaphone services on 4 postpaid connection since last 4 years but last 7 months ago i have bought a new postpaid connection no is [protected] and i want to now change this postpaid plan to prepaid plan but no one custmor care is help me on this matter and situtaion is now so critical is that
now i decide to block my all 4 vodaphone no if you are not taking any
action against this matter then my next step towards the vodaphone is that i am not using any number of vodaphone whole life so please to chenge my postpaid to prepaid connection as soon as possible
