I am holding the Post paid mobile connection No [protected] since Nov'2007. I have received bill dated 27 Aug'2008 for the period from 26 July to 25 Aug'2008 today. On seeing the bill, observed that Rs 149/- has been excess charged on value added services in the said bill.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter personnaly and deduct above amount from my bill so that I can deposit payment of bill by due date.
