[Resolved]  Poultry — Poultry Farming in Residential area

In our locality there are currently 200 families residing. There is a neighbour who keeps poultry farming in his upper stilt of his house. We also informed him not to keep poultry in a residential area but in vain. We have given complaints to the local panchayat leader and president. We could not meet them in person to explain our concerns but we assume some action will be taken. In meantime i thought if i can speak to any government authority who takes care of these greviances and speed up the process. The nuisance because of this poultry are 1.very bad odour in near by areas 2.early morning disturbing our sleep from 4.00 AM 3.the chickens make dirt() in front of others home/gate 4.neighbours children get flu very frequently there are many more, so i wanted to stop it before it gets worsened. Please help
