We are residing at New india colony 2nd street, Chennai-91, For the past six months we are facing continual power fluctation in our area, they are saying transformer capacity is very low and unable to necessary get the output, However every day having power cut and fluctation and saying som issue and can be rectified after 4-5 hours, Last time they had shutdown and taken comple whole 24 hours to rectify the problem.
People not able to survey due to this lethogic behaviour from Puzhuthivakkam office, Also they are not taking the phone and its useless they having the public number to complaing.
Kindly request you to take an immediate action, Since all people surveying here totally fed up due to the service given to us.

As on date puzhuthivakkam EB not taken any action for this, .
