This is to bring to your notice that I have been writing numerous mails to Powergrid office (einward.[protected]@karvy.com), without any response from them.
I applied for Power Grid FPO early this year & has not been alloted any shares.
I am following with your team for refund of my money. After rigorous follow up, I got a draft having my old closed a/c no. printed.
I mailed the same back & was asked to courier the draft back so that they can do necessary corrections & resend the draft to me.
I couriered the draft along with all necessary documents through Bluedart under AWB no. [protected] & same was delivered on 18-02-11 & is received by "A V Reddy".
Its been almost a month that I've been writing & sending reminders but
there is not even a single response from the team..
Request you to please look into this matter URGENTLY & provide me a
resolution to this problem.
I need the refund of my money either through NEFT or cheque at the
earliest. All the necessary documents have already reached you.
