I totally agree. Pradeep Gas Agency guys are forcing to buy gas chulhas along with cylinder or else not providing the new connection. Also, they are using foul languages on complaint.

Pradeep Gas — Domestic Cylinders
I have infact booked the cylinder some 15 days back, but, each time I keep checking with the Agencies regarding delivery of the same, they keep saying only one answer and i.e. it will come in a day or two. They were to deliver the cylinder this Sunday i.e. on the 12th of Feb 2012, but, no sign of the same.They then told me that the cylinder will be delivered without fail today, but, again no sign of the same. No idea, they might have sold it on black too, which is a common thing now a days.

Even I would like to suggest to selection of gas agent on customer. This way gas agency will face competition to get more consumer. I also feel Ranka is far better. These guy are really crushing customer
