[Resolved]  prakash gas agency — MANIPULATION OF DATES

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Booked a cylinder on 12.1.2011 and was promised delivery in 15 days. gas was delivered only on 4.2.2011 and that too after personal representation.By necessity was forced to book again on 11.2.2011 but was told that we can expect the cylinder only after 30 days based on their late delivery. I dont think this is fair and what is the point of having two cylinders. With such late delivery even two cylinders will not fill the gap. We are senior citizens and we need to go to this agency personally for each and every thing as their phones seem to be busy from 9.am to 5 pm SOMETHING is definitely wrong here.

Hi we tried to book gas through normal way(telephoned to direct agent) but they said call through automatic phone for booking. I called that number, i could not able to book, it says "could not able to proceed your transaction". Then we contacted Prakash Gas Agent they are not providing proper response. So still we could not able to book our gas. Kindly take this complaint as top priority

Thank you

The delivery boys from Prakash Gas Agency are charging Rs 430 against a bill amount of Rs 410. This morning our neighbor was away from their residence and had asked us to take delivery of their supply. The delivery man wanted Rs 430, we normally pay our other regular supplier only Rs 10 to 15 more towards a tip. When asked why he was overcharging, he wanted to say this is what he has been collecting from other customers. Will the concerned officials look into this matter and give strict instructions to the Concerned agency not to overcharge the customers.

Thank you
Raghu, Chennai
The bill amount in my post above should read as Rs 401 not Rs 410, an extra Rs 29 was paid as delivery charges...
