[Resolved]  Prasad Townships Bhogapuram — Lied about DTCP approval

I am a 60 year old. I have given 5 lakhs as deposit to prasad's townships for buying plots in bogapuram. they ask me to wait 1 week. They did not receive DTCP approval and they used delaying tactics. DO NOT INVEST with them.

I also invested 5 lakhs in prsadtownships at Bhogapuram. Are they going to get DTCP approval ? We requetsed our money back but playing the same delay tactics? What we can do?

We also paid 4.5 lakhs in their venture at prasadtownships/bhogapuram 8 months back So far they have neither registered the plots nor given the money back.

I invested 8 lakhs with them. They have been using delaying tactics and talking big. They seem to be bringing Hyderabad goondaism culture to Vizag. I have decided to forego my money and not waste any more time with them. I have tried to get the money back but it was difficult. I also felt threatened.

Somebody from "gg.[protected]@yahoo.com" has contacted me but did not identify himself. If somebody contacts you without identifying themselves, please do not respond. If that person represents Prasad townships, he should come out openly, apologize to all the people that they have taken money from and return their money with interest. Please be aware Mr. president of Prasad's townships, if you do not payback your customers, you will pay dearly. This is the internet world and you cannot escape. please do not perform business the old fashion way. Grow up and be a responsible citizen of india.

I have invested 14 lacs with Prasad's townships. So far they have neither registered my plots nor giving back my money. I am thinking about throwing a case in the court. Can someone tell me if these people got the layout number?

These guys are all fraud. DO NOT INVEST WITH THESE GUYS.

My plot got registered almost after 1 year. I request all to take a followup with them for registrations.

****DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM**** They have taken my money and so far haven't registered my plots. They are unwilling to talk. The case is in the court. I will see that these guys are thrown in jail for good so that they don't cheat anyone else. They are in deep financial trouble trying to through a lot of money at lawyers and police.

This is absolute wrong, the person who ever it might be compliant is just to blame the company and to spoil the reputation of the company, if your really genuine complaint, as you have claiming, show the proof and go in a very official way. It really disgusting that, this kind of complaints accepting by this website, without any proof and truth. with these kind of website, any one make any nonsense comments and will do the damage of a reputed companies... there is no meaning to consider these kind of comments of this website

the above members are not customers of PRASAD'S TOWNSHIPS PVT. LTD they did not pay even single piasa to the company, without any reason are evidence they are blaming the company if they are really the customers of the company they have to show evidence what they have paid the company for purchase of plot, hence we request are our customers do not believe this type of complaints in future also. they are not having any proper work to do for time passing they making this type complaints against various companies.

Its a big fraud township, They are neither doing the registration even if all the payment is done 1 year before nor they are lifting the phone. No one is answering and they are not giving their M.D's contact number. Behaving very irresponsibly and moreover telling like what ever you want to do you do. Everytime they are telling some bull stories like, next month, next week ...or our owner is not there in the town.

We have taken the plot in dalivalasa and given money of 7 lakhs in septemner 2011 including registration fee and for that they have issued one plot number which was existing in the layout paper. We have waited with patience upto 3 to 4 months. Later they have dragged it to nearly one year. After a serious conversation with them they have assigned another new plot number.
The earlier given plot number is missing int the layout paper ( they have changed the layout paper also). We have sent a message to them that we are going to take leagal action. They got alerted and they in turn has send a leagal notice to us and black malied us like we need to pay the registration amount of Rs 56000. Beware customers, if you have not taken the break up statement they will black mail you and send you a leagal notice to you later saying that you have to pay the amount still by not doing the registration. I didnt find any difference between BEGGARS and PRASAD'S Township people. Beggars will beg, but these people will do black mail. I feel beggars are much better than these Prasad township people
