Prasanna Honda Service centre/Honda Shine — Service Delay

Sir,
This is Balakumar from Coimbatore.My Bike No. is TN42Z0139(HONDA SHINE). I bought this bike from THE NOBLE HONDA,Dharapuram,Tirupur Dist Tamil Nadu.

Last Month i.e., April 9th i met an accident Due that my bike was damaged. To rectify my bike , i gave my bike to Pressanna Honda Service centre Coimbatore on 13th April 2012.But till they are not rectified my bike,they took more than one month time.In between i visited so times to the Service Station each and every time they told me next week ,next week.I don't know when i will get my bike back.They are not giving proper reply and all the times they are hurting me.They are not treating me as a HUMAN BEING.Most of the people begging there to get their own vehicles. They are selling the parts more then MRP.
Particularly that Service Centre doesn't having enough employees and they are not having qualified employees also.
Please take the correct action on that Service centre.
