There is some music station subscription activated on my number for which I am charged Rs. 19 monthly . Please deactivate it as soon as possible.

This complaint has alreaddy been lodged to BSNL customer care through phone as well as direct but they have not deactivated the music station still.

Please deactivate it as soon as possible.For the last two months I was dialing the number 12630033 and they are saying that your demand for un-subcription / deactivation is recorded but till today the service is not yet deactivated. Today morning also I have charged Rs. 30. I request you to deactivate it and other value added services from this number as soon as possible.

Though I have tried sending the message to deactivate it twice(per message 4 Rs deducted) and not getting deactivated. My number is BSNL [protected]. Music station is suddenly activated without my consent and Rs.30/- is being debited every month. There is no information on how to deactivate. The number 12630033 which is given `to enjoy music or deactivate' is repeatedly giving the same message which says "your request for top up is being processed. Please call after some time".
