Prepaid BSNL — Non working Bihar prepaid mobile in Madhya Pradesh

I am a customer of BSNL mobile no [protected] under BSNL Mobile Bihar circle. Company has deducted Rs11.25 from my account without manking any call / services on dated 31.12.2009 evening .Please refer to my complain no. 3959939 in this regards.
An early action is highely solicited.

Yesterday I received a SMS that Above Rs. 200/- and above Topup there will be a 20% extra talk time provided. I have recharge with Rs. 200/- Topup but didn't receive the said talk value. My mobile no. is [protected]. Please look into the matter and inform me accordingly.

After getting an sms to get 20% MORE TALK TIME ON RECHARGE 0F RS. 200 AND ABOVE I have recharged of Rs.200/- on05/01/20010 at 6;40 pm in my mobile no. [protected] But I did not get that benefit. Please look into the matter. Your comment/reply is awaiting.

This is syed Anis hassan. my number is [protected]. from 7 th of oct i am in problem because in number puk is requried. i just log the complain on 7th or 10th of oct but till 17 oct we are not received the puk number.
its very urgent we need puk number.
