I got a message from 5123430 on 18.01.11 at 03.30.37hrs
that BRIDAL-BSNL service activated and you have been charged
for Rs.30 for 30days. Neither me it has been asked nor it has been done
from my mobile. How come it has been activated by its own? kindly look in to it and
return the money to my account at the earliest. i have asked to customer care for
deactivation and they have told me to call *456*00# and follow the instructions. but i
have tried several time from my mobile it says " No Service is active".
kindly help to short it out small problem at the earliest and oblige.
kindly de-active it from your system one confirmation msg may be sent to me.
