Dear Sir,
I am having a prepaid connection with number [protected] in Karnataka.When ever I use my Hifi handset a certain amount is cut due to usage of net service regularly.But in reality I have not used any internet facility.My talking to customer care is not getting any result.I am made of victim for paying unnecessary charges.I want this to be stopped.I am unable to use the hand set because of this problem.I want this to be rectified.
