[Resolved]  presidency group/ aishwarya projects — cheating by v. bhaskar reddy

V.Bhaskar reddy of Aiswarya projects cheated several customers in bangalore. He duped customers in the name of sites in bangalore in 2007. He also created fake companies in the name Amulya projects, aiswarya projects, presidency group, IPRO, to collect huge sums from customers in bangalore and hyderabad. One of his partners T.R Reddy has been now arrested by CCB police and jailed in cheating and cheque bounce cases. V.Bhaskar reddy the kingpin is still absconding.. There are several arrest warrants pending on him.

V.Bhaskar Reddy has been arrested and was in CCB police custody until 27th june. Now he is in jail and trying for bail.

Bhaskar reddy had took loan credit of 7.5 crores from SBI Residency road branch and he had kept sale deed documents of survey no. 45 as mortgage with SBI. After this he got sites in this survey no. registered to more than 100 personals. He has not paid back the loan amount to SBI and now SBI has took possession of this survey number and all the people to whom the sites are registered in this survey number will have to loose their plots as SBI is auctioning this land.
