Hello there,
Recently a company known as 'United team Engineers' was acquired by "Prestige Estates & Projects Ltd."
In this light is my complaint.
I am raw material supplier and i supplied the same to 'United team Engineers' chennai . Later when it got acquired and the management directed us to the office of "Prestige Estates & Projects Ltd." for payment.
Now the issue is that they are not ready to pay the receivable amount in Full.... They are forcing us to settle the account with them by waiving off 35% of our total billed amount. And they also are threatning that if we delay we might not even get that.
I want to highlight this in this forum and want to get justice.
I can assure that they are wanting to be unethical and unappropriate.
