This is Sameer Zaidi from Lucknow i have purchased "Prestige Induction Stove" on 24.09.2010 from Kanhaiya Lal, Aminabad, Lucknow, since i have purchased this stuff my life is going through hell, this is been my worst experience with Prestige Stuff i would never ever give advice to my friends and family members to have Prestige Induction Stove the day i bought this Stove went home and started cooking some stuff after 10 to 15 mins it gave out a spark from rear, i went for replacement and the service which i got was really-2 bad i have been told it will get replaced within a week and it took more than 2 weeks for the replacement stating that the Prestige guy is not coming for collection of the stuff, is this the service which a customer could expect from such a renowned company like Prestige, thenafter i got another induction which again went through the same issue, i dont know why it is facing such issues, coz i am using Padmini Essential Induction Stove which never gave me trouble its only the Prestige stuff which i think is a flop product of Prestige, thenafter i gave this stuff to TTK Prestige, Branch- Hazratganj where Mr.Chaubey Mob No. [protected] given me a false commitment that this stuff will get replaced within 2 days and it’s been around more than a month they all gave me a false statement and I am the one who has went to the TTK Prestige Service Centre around 20times to collect my stuff, but Mr. Chaubey now told me that do as you wish it will only get replaced when we guys will get the stuff it may take around 6month to 1 year for the same now I am really very frustrated and I am willing to goto Consumer Forum to file a case against this.
