[Resolved]  Prestolite Battery — Replacement of Battery

MANAGER CUSTOMER CARE( PRESTOLITE BATTERY)

Please refer your challan no.4446 dated14.09.09 for prestolite batters s. no. Pm12-5A-80280 and PM1200-5C-87051 In which you have fond that these battries has to be replaced due some mechanical / manufacturing problem.

But till Date you have not taken any action towards the Replacement of the same and I am suffering from last one Month as these batteries has been submitted to Your Dealer on 01.09.2009 but due your Audit & other office problems your Engg. Came on 14.09.09 to inspect the batteries and he had made his above said report which is pending with you since 14.09.09 vide Challan No. 4446.

When I called your office(tudor india limited/prestolite battery Complaints) I was informed that your office has no record about the same also that the dealer is not sending the batteries & unless until dealer will sent the batteries your office will not take any action after talking to dealer he informed me that your office is not picking up the same which is suppose to be pick up by your office.

In this regard I would like to inform you that I have purchase the prestolite batteries considering your Goodwill in the World Market and pretolite has given the warranty not the Dealer, so pretolite is responsible for my suffering which is due to non replacement of the said batteries.

Therefore you are requested to please look into the matter and take the earliest action to replace the same.

I hope you will not force me to take some other actions which you would not like.
