[Resolved]  Prime Focus — Not Giving respect to Employee

Hi,
Sir I am working the one of the leading production house in Mumbai name is http://www.primefocusworld.com/.. where we are not getting any respect for the artist as we are not getting good pay and also the respect from the production. One of my friend was ill on previous week he asked for the leave but they refuse to give him the leave they compel him to come to office after that he was admitted to hospital, in the production specially like the person who are in the shift manager they use bad words which we cant tolerate (the manager name is Savio Cruz). Now onward we want good respect on this production for the employer. and From the last month they removing the employer saying that they are not performing well and there PMS is low for the said month.. as they senior artist in the studio more than 1yr. then how they cant perform well. so please take any action against this matter please its youths carrier and life..
