Dear Sir,
This letter is in connection to our complaint lodged at BSNL Automatic Complain booking centre. We would like to draw your attention to the irregularity on the part of the customer care centre in solving our complain for Our BSNL Landline Phone No:22782424.This telephone line remains dead for most of the time of the year. We have booked our complain several times regarding this fault but every time the same problem is repeated. After the lodging of the complain the phone starts working almost after a week & then within 2 weeks the telephone line is again found to be dead. Our current Complain No. is [protected].The status of our complain shows that the telephone line is impacted by some major source outage.
As you can understand this fault causes a nuisance for us & we are fed up of calling the customer care centre every time twice in a month.Hence we request you to consider our matter on an urgent basis & take necessary action.
