With reference to my car number "DL3CAL 8913" (Hyundai, Santro. GLS) I would like to mention that I registerd claim against my car in may 2009 with Policy No: (cover note number) VC01485338 dated: 15/01/2009 to 14/01/2010.
After through inspection surveyor of HDFC-ERGO company approved claim and I brought my Car at HMP New Delhi, but officials of this company approved partial damages while complete car is covered under insurance policy.
Sir. You are requested to please justify, why partial damages have been left un repaired?
I contacted so many times with HDFC-ERGO but still no any satisfactory reply is recieved.
It is requested to kindly take legal steps against this fraudy company.
