Proactiv-(“Guthy-Renker Marketing”) — Reaction of proactive product

Sir,

I had purchased proactiv kits on 30.03.10 vide order no 2910. The lotion proved to non effective as no positive ressult after use for 3 weeks. The product is utterly non effective as even after use for 3 weeks there is no positive result.For money back they have given the following address;

M/s Anil Trading Corporation,
B-43, Indira Enclave, Nebsarai, New Delhi-110068
I am not sure whether the company exists as internet search yeilded no confirmation of address. Taking legal action is one option if no money is returned. More feedback pl.

i deposited an amount of three thousand rupees on 11th of august 2011 on your account . the number was given by the customer service . they told that i will get a confirmation call after 24 hours. now its september and i hav received no shipment and no call either. nobody picks up the phone whenever i call. i am worried that i lost both money andd fear this company is a fraud fooling customers like me.
