[Resolved]  Proactive RPO & Staffing Solutions — Cheater

Hello Everyone.. yes above mentioned all comments are so true and yes this so called MD of so called Proactive RPO is someone who makes false promises.. cheat people.. make them slog and in return when it comes to pay their hard earned money he has several excuses. When someone leaves his company he shoots mail to all existing employees that he has fired that person and gives any stupid reason. Ofcousre no one wats to accept their own faults and so is Mr. MD.
This guy has only few clients with some stupid never closing req. for which you spend your money calling people.. paying internet bills.. and above all yu have to spend yur own money go to his so called Office on GB road.. spending yur own money.. is this called Work from home arrangement. He will offer you 500 Rs. as telephone reimbursement and 25 % of what you bill.. and for one closure you have to slog and struggle for good client good req. and ofcourse portal access.. . He will also give you one old MTS handset which he will recharge.. which hardly works has battery issue.. charger not working etc etc.. working with him is sheer waste of time money. This fellow does not trust his employees always have doubt iska Dabba phone leke koi bhag na jaaye.. iske portal ka kahin misuse na ho jaaye.. show some trust man..
Mr.MD its your business and bread and butter for your family but that doesnt mean that you should make false commitments and suck others blood to earn this money.. have some dignity and treat people nicely as only bcoz of them you are able to earn something atleast respect that...
U wana work with this guy pls keep your EYES AND EARS OPEN.. and do nt fall for any false commitments.

I have come to your office so many times & you would only humilate me. I am posting these things so people would be aware & won't get fooled like me. I also want to warn the companies. He has tie up with only few companies. He lies when he gives you the big list of companies. He is such a fraud person.
One more lie in his posting. He does not have 45 members. He has only 10-15 & all these ladies are stuck having hopes. Because begining of every month he would set target ( impossible ones) & say that whoever achieves it would get a fix salary. No team member has ever achieved the target. Please guys, the present employees, people who are planning to join him & the companies... please please BE AWARE OF HIM!!! Very soon I will be dragging him to court for torturing employees. I am going to challege him in the court for not giving fix salary to any employee. All of you can join me. I will make sure your names are not mentioned in public.

Guys haven't you noticed that whenever he mentions about fix salary he has never said any amount. Please wake up, he is not going to give you any fix salary.

I compeletly agree with akruti sharma...even i made the biggest mistake of my life by working for this fraud for 2 months, may and june 2011, after which i quit because he wanted me to work for him for free. Till dat he has not reimbursed my phone bills.

Please be aware, this man is a fraud...he makes consultants work for him telling that he will give fisxed salary after 1 month and then after 1 month he makes excuses and makes u work further for free...obviously till u wake up and get a reality shock...!!!

He just has 1 small room in the name of office and a bunch of housewives working as consultants whom he pays peanuts!!!DO NOT GET ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ORGANIZATION IN ANY WAY...
My job with him was that of business developer ... but sadly even after getting him 3 big clients he was not able to retain any of them and lost all...also, he does not even provide you with basic facilities like job portal login to do the search and still expects u to keep calling people at ur own expense. He never paysback the reimbursments and tell utter lies about his company profile while hiring competent consultants for his firm.He is just a failure and fraud.Please save yourself and stay away from SAI N AND PROACTIVE RPO ...ITS A FRAUD.

WOW!!! This shameless fellow Sainath is still going on and on ... and cheating people. God is watching everything...Uski maar bhari padegi...remember. Worked with this useless... shameless fellow for 6 months till Jan 2011 with complete dedication ...what a waste I must say... This good for nothing creature is only good at fooling and cheating people. Starts with sweet talks in the beginning, eating away their hard earned money and then when someone challenges him.. he sends mailers to his team(consisting of everchanging 4-5 team members only) that the person has left the organization. 2 Legal notices are still pending on him and his organization for eating away my 40, 000 Rs. Logon ke paison se 1 choti dukaan kholi hai in mumbai named" Proactive RPO Staffing solutions" aur logon ko loot raha hai...Someone stop this else he will keep on going...

very true a big cheater & bluffer just using consultants for his purpose.Once he gets data creates some data wherein we need to quit the org.

Thank God I read all this...First of all a big thank you to all the experienced contributors here and secondly to this fabulous website. I w as just going to visit his office in an hour and thought searching about this company for a few minutes. Thank you so very much. You all have literally saved my life.

The info provided by all of you is absolutely correct. I recently have experienced the same thing. I worked for 2.6 months with Proactive RPO where Mr Sai had committed me for a reimbursement of Rs 750 per month for the expenses.Till now I'm not been paid a single penny & when I asked for it, he started making excuses & came up with a new thing called AGREEMENT. This thing was not at all mentioned to me till now. In fact I was not even aware that any sort of agreement even exists in this freelancing thing. I reminded him many times over the phone as well as on email to send me that agreement which he mentioned but he didn't bother to fwd me. So as a next step I stopped working & then he called me up to know the reason why I suddenly stopped the work. When I told him that despite of reminding you number of times you didn't bother to send me that agreement thing & so I discontinued. He started giving bla bla reasons of not getting time & all & people you won't believe, he mailed that agreement to me in less than half an hr's time.He was suddenly gifted with lots of time now!!! And when I looked upon the copy, it mentioned altogether a different conditions than what I was been told when I joined. For all this time I had to bear all the expenses from my own pocket & what he used to ask me to login to Skype for the whole day & call him twice daily. Above all he asks us to make calls for BD, also visit the clients. Mr Sai if you're thinking you're smart enough to make us fool then let me tell you we're not.

There's a lot to write about this frustrating experience but I'll just end it by just warning you about this person & his co.Don't ever join this co, he just makes commitments but fulfills none.

I just have done the Skype interview, seriously he is a good talker but after reading these all comments I am no longer to join with him, thanks a lot guys...

Indeed..!!! Sai Nath is big cheater and smart to fool all those who want to do something in life but due to situations can work from home only. I had the same experience between December 2014 to Feb 2015. He literally use to sound sweet and polite but his real picture came out when he did not pay me for internet bills/ telephone bills even after closing a position for him. He is so cruel and ditch that his license for running a business should be taken away.

Beware of him..!!
