probots.co.in — Not getting response of my order 1682

I did online shopping on probots and deposited 719 rs in probots accounts i got confirmation of that also but after that i am no getting any response from probots about delivery of my product.Even the phone no is not give on the website

You are not the only one my friend, I am also facing the same problem, because of probots i am in problem, as i have to submit my Final year project. the done have business ethic

I had ordered some items from Probots and did not recieve them.I have been sending mails to them every day and no replies from them.This is really frustating as they have not provided any phone number or tracking no !I ordered on 8th may for Rs 360/- and on 9th I got a confirmation from them that theyu have recieved the amount from my bank and they will be shipping the items soon.Being in bangalore itself I waited for 10 days and no responce, no email, no tracking no from them!!

I got the Items today...So they take around 15 days to ship the Items even if it is within the city.Packaging was good.So guys have patience when you order from Probots and keep up the threshold limit... I am glad i got my items from them!!

Worst experience ever. unresponsive and very disrespectful. I have never seen any store where they talk to customers lik that. Blaming the customers for their fault.

I had travelled for an hour to collect the items. They have local store pickup. Their website says 5 to 8 and they closed by 6. i went by 615 and it was closed. He was least bothered. Talked to me as though it ws my fault to have not asked him the timings. Then why do they mentions wrong timings on the website. Dont know if one can trust these people with money.
