Hi All,
I have been working with prodapt india for many years. They wanted me to go for an onsite assignment in South Africa.. I came in for a short term. They said to me that i need to stay only for 3 months. I said ok..! But later coming on here...I found that I was cheated.
The operations team was very bad..they didnt take care of anything..they were doing lots of politics...! they forced me to extend my stay for 3 more months... they agreed to send me back only in a year...if I need to go before that we need to pay a lot...I need to take care of airfare etc...! they were keep on doing problems...!!
There is a manager called Balaji RK in prodapt south africa..he does nothing simply he used to irritate everyone...!! He never does any of the operations team work to perfection. He works only on cost finding cheap accomodation...and he deals different people with different pulse..!
If anyone is looking for an opportunity with Prodapt please think ten times before joining in...! Don waste your career.
